Sticking their leggies out and ready to glide* to a new home, it’s Sharovipteryx! This little reptilian oddball lived during the Triassic when there probably wasn’t much competition for gliding niches. Maybe leg wings weren’t the most elegant solution for flight, but it was good enough for Sharovipteryx at the time!
These plushies are sewn from custom printed minky fabric, stuffed with polyester filling and just enough plastic beans to help them sit and flop their legs around.
*Sharovipteryx plush does not actually glide. I have thrown some to confirm. Well okay, maybe they glide a little better than a rock.
Dimensions: about 30cm long and 28cm leg-span. Roughly lifesize!
